Price change for upgrade – Emoji Song – karaoke moji lyric music maker game Review

I want to use this app as soon as possible. To unlock the boxes, what to do is to upgrade to full version for 1.99. So I press the upgrade and apple App Store says it will be 4.99, not 1.99 as advertised. What went wrong? Please help .
