Terrible support – WPS Office Review

This app stopped updating on my iPad, even though I have the latest OS. I have repeatedly tried to contact WPS support on the issue. They have NEVER gotten back to me. I have switched back to Documents Pro, from Savvy Soda. Much more reliable, with less bells and whistles.
