Glitch at level 843 – Gummy Gush: Match 3 Puzzle Review

Fun game....but good luck when you have an issue. I’ve emailed them more than once about a glitch at level 843. Cactus ball never drops no matter what you do. They never responded...so I’m stuck with no way to go to next level. Would have given more stars if they had answered my email.
