Needs more “test” time – Snap & Translate - Translator Review

This might be a really good app, but the amount of time/translations that you get before you need to upgrade to continue is not sufficient to figure out how to use it correctly. Therefore, my “test translations” did not provide a good result and I can’t recommend this app. 1/16/2018: I received a reply to the above review, which seemed to be a “canned” answer since it was the same, word for word, as replies to other reviewers. The reply begins with “The limitations in the app are compensated by the fact that it is free...”. And goes on to suggest that if I don’t like the limitations that I should choose a package (paid, of course) that does not have the limitations. Please! The fact that it is free does NOT compensate for the fact that you have to putz with it too much to make it work before you told to pay for it! You obviously did not read and understand my review, and threw a canned response to me. That is not the way to win customers or get better reviews.
