Game has potential, but a lot of sloppy aspects – MLB 9 Innings 24 Review

The game has simple and easy to use batting and pitching modes and is visually stunning for a phone game. But a lot of the flaws really effect the joy of playing. The announcers constantly make comments that make no sense based on what is going on. But the most frustrating is the base running aspect. Unless you have speed fingers, is difficult to use the base running layout easily. So, it forces me to choose to use the assisted base running mode. Only issue there, is that the AI is horrible. On average a player gets thrown out at home 4+ times a game. Not even debatable choices, the catcher has the ball before the runner is even half way to the plate.
