Does not work on iPhone 10 – Brandr - Social Media Marketing Review

This application has not been updated in a year. I cannot use this app on my iPhone X as it is not compatible. I tried to contact support for a refund and cannot find a way to contact. What kind of business is this that does not update their application and provide a way to contact support?
