Great app, difficult to pick photos – Pixel Art Camera Review

I like the app, you can create really nifty art with it. Unfortunately, I find that it's clunky interface for photo selection makes it rather hard to use. The only way I've been able to figure out to do so is using the app, which only lets me browse through a grid of my Camera Roll—over 10k images. Ideally i'd like to see the app come up on the Activities sheet for editing the image(e.g. Photos app>image selected>Edit>(...) ), barring this just letting me select from my folders would be a big usability improvement. Promising app! the pixel art looks really great!
