Why am I required to have cable to watch “free” app? – NBC4 Washington: Local DC News Review

I have no tv, no cable. I can’t watch “free” TV Unless I have those two items. Rip Off! I like to know what is happening around the country. DEFINITELY NOT FREE!!!
