No support for simple question – Motif - Thematic Investing Review
3 days ago, I sent a simple question to support via email from within the app asking why I was unable to withdraw my uninvested money from Motif. The money was just sitting there, not pending, and not tied up in anything. Whenever I tried to withdraw the money and place it back into my bank, it said I had $0 available, which was not the case. It wouldn’t let me transfer my money back into my own bank account.
After sending support multiple emails and getting no response after 3 days, I decided it was time to call, but their phone was unreachable for some reason..
All this brings me here, left with no alternative other than to leave a bad review. I wanted to withdraw my money, not because I didn’t want to invest in a Motif, I just decided I wanted to use it on something else, and that I would invest in Motif another time. Now, it pretty much looks like I won’t be giving Motif any more money, since they don’t even have the time to help me with a simple issue.
