Is this a big bug or stealing?? – Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 Review

My 40k Coins suddenly turned into 3k, then days later, 59 Gems turned into 0, with nothing I did. If it’s a bug, why always reduce, not increase? And in this way, how many coins and gems were deducted from players imperceptibly?
