Theft - no merchants anywhere – SPARE. Review

So I decided to try this app because they were giving a $10 bonus of I fill my account with $5 or more. It was only after I paid $5 that I was able to see that there were absolutely no merchants available in the entire state of Pennsylvania. There was also no way I would get a refund. To make things worse, I was logged out of the app and the app no longer allows me to sign-in with my google account to view my old $5 balance that I never got back. This is absolute fraud. It should be removes from the App Store.
