Crashing – TestFlight Review

Ok so I saw this app it looked perfect so I download it and then I have trouble finding the code pls make it more specific +every time I enter the code the app crashes so far I deleted 10 times not working so I just deleted the app if u can update it and fix it pls do and I will be happy to try agian?
