bought the app now its MIA – Call of Duty: Zombies Review

it used to work on my iphone6 but i cannot set up my profile because when i choose my name and password. the keyboard does not open up to type and forces me to close the app and play solo.. so until that's updated.. 1*. i've tried to re install the app and there hardly any way to find help with my problem
