Good concept but... – 21-Day Vegan Kickstart Review

I love the app’s design and functionality. Clean interface, easy to read and understand recipes. That said... the very first day’s meal plan is less than a thousand calories and only 25 grams of protein. That’s dangerously low. If someone follows this plan, they may lose weight but they’ll either give it up after a short period of time, or perpetuate the stereotype of vegans being starving, sickly and weak.
