Could be good, but buggy and no reply from customer support – iRemote Suite Review

This app works great on my iphone and iMac over the internet (with the iphone on 3g and port routed through my router), but the app freezes when trying to connect over my local wifi network. Reinstalling hasn't helped. Customer service has not replied to 2 e-mails so far over 2 weeks, we'll see if they reply to my third one. This app is not functional to me if I have to turn off wifi access to get it to work.... If they're charging money for the app they need to at least provide basic customer support or an avenue for a refund when it doesn't work.
