Don’t get rewards.. – Geek - Smarter Shopping Review

Love the app but for some reason when I level up I no longer get a coupon and when I last bought something it said once it ships I’ll get 20% off my next order but only gave me 10% off... I’m disappointed in the app. If the rewards system won’t work then why have it? Please fix or remove it it’s annoying to have to guess if it’s going to work or not next time you get another “reward”../:
