App up to date still not working – Private Texting by Anonymous Free Burner Phone App Review

I bought more texts(100 credits) for $5.99 on December 10,2017 and mind you my app is up to date, I even deleted and reinstalled. Still not working nor does my 100 credits i was charged for show. It constantly gives the message “ERROR No internet connection”. Emailed app support no reply. It is now January 5, 2018.
