HELP – Dragon Village -A City Builder Review

I love this game! I am content with everything except..... my money. I got over a billion money and then a glitch happened. Now, I am in the negatives and can’t buy anything. I then deleted my app, restarted my device, and downloaded Dragon Village again. I still have a negative balance. I read into other reviews and find others complaining of negative balances! PLEASE FIX THIS! The game is so hard to play when you have a negative balance! I can’t feed my dragons, so I can’t level them up, so I’m stuck until I can earn around 1,400,000,000 coins. That’s ridiculous! Then, I can’t find any game support! Please make game support easier to contact. Thank you!
