Fix this please – TikTok Review

I just downloaded this and when I went to make an account I put February 5 1994 and It said not eligible for this app but thx for checking us out so I went back more on the birthday thing and it still says I’m not eligible fix this please then I’ll give you five stars in return. P.s I know this is a good app because I had it before
