Continues to charge me but asks to upgrade – inRoute - Intelligent Routing Review

The app worked well for a few months, but then all of a sudden locked my saved routes and asked me to upgrade to pro version (which was what I was currently paying for). I canceled and tried to restart but the problem continued. Since this was used for my business, it caused even more headaches for me. It was a decent app when it worked, however I need an app much more reliable for my business.
