Awesome Customer Service – Caesars Casino – Free Slot Machine Games Review

I enjoy this Caesar’s app so much more than Playtika’s competitors are offering. The graphics are sharp & colors are vivid in this wide selection of games the developer has offered, some that even require minimal to moderate skill for those like me who tend to lose interest rather quickly. Ive been up billions of coins on occasions, at times on their dime, but also lost big on mine - about 50/50. On a few occasions, I’ve had to contact customer service regarding technical issues which resulted in coin loss. They responded quickly and appeared genuinely concerned. Always polite, straight forward and proved to be very competent. Their solutions were more than fair because they’re smart/savvy enough to know that a happy customer is a loyal customer. I’m not related to anyone affiliated w/ Playtika, nor am I an employee of the company. I’m just an average person who derives a fair amount of pleasure playing Caesar’s games, but more importantly, a great deal of satisfaction from the manner in which Customer Service resolved the issues presented. For what it’s worth, I don’t have a problem giving negative feedback if it’s deserved and have done so in the past, but totally prefer giving credit where credit is due. Keep up the good work Caesar’s!
