Doesn't connect or notify received texts with sound – Talkatone: WiFi Text & Calls Review

Doesn't connect or notify received texts with sound.Needs that to be fixed, if doesn't even show the red bubble notification on the app's icon, even that I had all the notifications for this app enabled on my iPhone 5... and It does the same whether connected to WiFi or data; by the way it takes long to connect to either and it is usually disconnect!! and Only when I open the app I see a day later or more that someone had texted me then!!! ALSO: Even though you have saved each friend's contacts with their name: receiving texts from them WILL APPEAR WITH NO NAME ON IT for them, just their number, so you don't know who texted you by their name, neither can you find them (with their name) you have to know their number by memory! Or you will have to check each text of several people one by one before you find the one you want! *** developer response to email them is a way of them dodging the responsibility to fix the app: IF IN FACT IS SOMETHING WE CAN FIX OURSELVES, THEN THEY SHOULD POST THE SOLUTIONS HERE. BS!
