Not worth your time – Mega Sound SFX - Free, Funny, Original, Loud Sounds, Animals, Pranks, Guns, Jokes, Fun and Derpy Effects! Review

Free version has obnoxious ads that you have to clear. Which would be fine but it also limits you to just 8 sounds of poor choice. I don't mind paying for apps, but this one doesn't give me enough incentive to give it a try. The sounds seem to play on delay. There's no on screen visual to show that you're interacting with the buttons. It's just not very well done. Also there is an iOS11 incompatible pop up when you open it
