beware possible scam – When 2 Trade Review

This is a possible scam. The reason I say possible is that I still don’t understand how it works. No directions on how to use this tool and doesn’t work upon opening the app., for $4.99 an app should be intuitive and some sort of explanation on how it works should available in-app
