Kept freezing up ? – Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Review

I started this game 2 times on my iPad and once on my iPhone X and each time the app froze and I lost one or both controllers and had to start over ALL THE WAY AT THE BEGINNING. How do I get a refund of my $2.99? First game I’ve purchased in a long time and very disappointed ?
