I don't know what to do – VR Roller Coaster Adventure Review

I don't know what to do because l was going to play it but it said on know network error and I was going to play it on xmas but it did that so I don't know what to do so please fix it please text me back on this app ? but my dad has it on his phone and it works great and there are no ads but when I do it I can't even play one game
