Save Your Money – Home Design & Decor Shopping Review

I ordered a couple of items for my grandchildren from this site, about 3 weeks later I received a letter stating they appreciated my order with a junk necklace in the envelope. I waited and waited for the items, checked the site for delivery and it said the items were already delivered. I inquired to customer service and they directed me to check with my local postal service and confirmed that in fact the items delivered. I checked with the postmaster and he said he did deliver something from them, it was the LETTER they sent me with the gum ball machine necklace. I contacted customer support again to let them know, hey it was a letter, not the items I ordered. They stated they have a 30 day return/refund policy and couldn’t help me with the problem. BUT the problem is...... any order from them takes more than 30 days to even be delivered, I live in the USA. These items are being shipped from China. Not a very happy customer here! Save your money, don’t fall for this.
