Need Arabia version – BMW Driver's Guide Review

Kindly, I cannot change the language of the App into Arabic language, because I needs the Owner’s Handbook in Arabic. But the app has no option, even when I change the language of my iPhone to Arabic ??!! The App in AppStore says there’s arabic language but in fact there isn’t ?!. Also, the App need more update.
