Purchases.... – Edit Lab Picture Photo Editing Review

I want to know why I don't still have the Pro Effects after purchasing it. I had difficulties with my phone which resulted in me having to delete this app. Now that I re-downloaded it, I don't have the Pro Effects. Why???... I'm not paying for it again!
