Customer service unhelpful – Robinhood: Investing for All Review

I signed up, after 5 days of application review I was told they can’t approve if another account exists. I have been asked to identify myself, which I did, for the other account. They confirmed they received info but gave me the same credentials I already had. Now I want nothing to do with this anymore as I have 100$ pending that they won’t release back to me. I have asked to either merge or delete my account and they have not done it. I have no time to waste, it’s been a week of inconclusive back and forth. Customer service is slow and I can’t seem to get my 100$ back
