Wouldn't even give this useless app 1 star if I could! – Robinhood: Investing for All Review

Literally the worst customer service I have EVER seen. It's ridiculous Robinhood has NO idea what they're doing and you're most likely going to waste your time trying to use it. I sent in an application a month ago and it was under review for 2 weeks until I finally contacted them. They replied and told me my account has can't be verified. That I will have to create a brand new account with a brand new email just to get verified to purchase stocks. Then I create a new account and email them my username to get verified (as the service rep told me to do) all to no avail. So now after a week or two I get an email telling me that my id didn't go through and I will have to start the process over again. I mean come on I'm a legal U.S. Citizen over the age of 18. They need to fix their services before I will use this terrible app. I would NEVER recommend this experience to anyone!
