Going on a downhill slope – Listia: Buy, Sell, and Trade Review

I started Listia back when they had a good reward page and they changed the reward gifts every few days. They have had the same few products now for well over a year with very chinsy cheap items that people are paying WAY too much for. Ive won a few television sets; whole sets of Rachel Ray cooking ware and pots and pans, very nice hand held gameboys, DVRS , really nice children’s items and they changed everything up all the time. Now it’s a very boring page to look at. Listia ruined everything by letting the rate get way too high, and then at one point I had over 80 million credits which was a few thousand dollars but they would only let me cash in 40.00 a month if that . That meant I would have gotten my cash for the 80 million credits in about 20 years. Finally I just overpaid for some gift cards just to get off this site finally. Ive written to them several times about everything and they don’t care at all and give generic answers to everything. So I moved to mercari where I sold 750.00 worth of stuff in two weeks and the money is mine. Listia also charges you for everything so they make it impossible to make a dollar off anything except gift cards but then they can’t sell back credits from gift cards. I really liked them 5 years ago but they have gone so downhill . Don’t waste your time on this site.
