Waste of money – eharmony: dating & real love Review

EHarmony works by beating you down and frustrating you until just give up and settle. This costs more than any of the other dating apps and gives you fewer matches than any of the others. It selects your matches based on the questions that you answered when you created your profile, which means you can never change your answers or search by specific filters. It arbitrarily gives you “connections” based off of what it thinks that you like and offers you no chance to actually input the things that are important to you. Oh, and you have to wait for the computer to come up with these connections. There’s no doing a search and scrolling through matches like the other sites. It can take the computer weeks to come up with these matches and there is literally nothing you can do in the meantime except for pick from the scraps that you haven’t been interested in for three weeks. Complete waste of money and I would give it zero stars if I could. Also, for as many superfluous meaningless questions as you’re required to answer, you get to see very little about the person that you’re interested in. Honestly, sitting in a dingy crowded bar and waiting for people to hit on you would be less disappointing than this app. Bottom line - it’s awful and I’m out $150.
