I’m already having problems – Sonic Runners Adventure Review

I bought this game about a week again with Apple’s new pre-order thing and it just downloaded to my iPhone 7 Plus. When I go to open it, it tell me this: “Dear user, we were unable to verify the application. If restarting the application does not fix the issue, please contact Customer Care”. Well, I can tell you restarting the game doesn’t work and the “Customer Car” is a page filled with FAQ. Nothing else. Gameloft has turned into a very ugly company and if I’d known that they were the ones behind this game and not SEGA, I never would’ve ordered it, because of BS like this. I’m on iPhone, how would I have stolen this game? Don’t treat me like I’m on an android....
