I purchased this app in 2012 & now I have to repurchase it – Caillou Check Up: Doctor Visit Review

I purchased this entire game app in 2012 for my daughter who is 6 now. Though all the various software upgrades, my 2 yr old is locked from playing all the games on this app. It wants to charge me $6.99 to get the rest of the games. That is ridiculous.
