Update ISSUE – Gardenscapes Review

I have been loving this game since I started playing it. I just did the update for Christmas setting and for the first time, there's a problem. I really just want a solution. It loads and starts up most of the time since the update, it won't fully load up to the start screen before it shuts off and or when over to the start screen it then shuts off or closes. I haven't gotten to play at all since this the latest update. If it closes after I get to the first life then I lose it and have to restart. Does this over and over again. I don't know who or how to get this fixed. I really look forward to and enjoy playing this game. Any help would be great. Again I have not had this problem before playing this game. Five stars for this when its up and running smoothly. Xoxoxo reaching out to hopefully get help for this issue. SAS
