Why Can’t I?!? – Chess With Friends Free Review

I love this app but I am unable to do things that other people can do. For example, I CANNOT see pictures of the opponents but they can see my pic!! It’s sort of frustrating!! Secondly, I can request a game with someone and nine times out of ten...I am the person playing second!!! Is it because of my record?? Lastly, I am unable to nudge someone to make a move and have no idea on where to go to do that!! Please advise!
