Pear Wants Me to Open Another Support Request – PEAR - Personal Fitness Coach Review

Pear posted this on its' Facebook account on December 14: “Hi Maria, we are so sorry that you have been experiencing issues with the PEAR App/Apple Watch. We would love to try and help resolve these problems. If you wouldn't mind, please feel free to call or email our support team (949-502-8475 or support@pearsports). Thank you!” My response: I’ve opened a few support requests with PEAR Sports and Apple to no avail which also included Apple replacing the watch, setting up watch as new and creating a new Pear Sports account — problem still exists. I made requests to be added to Pear’s beta/tester program and never received a response to that request. At this point, I prefer a refund of my yearly subscription cost as a remedy. Note: Since I gave up on trying to fix Pear’s issues — not worth time and effort, I’ve been using a Garmin watch and Garmin Connect app. Garmin has a much better user experience. Miles, HRM and activities are better tracked.
