Great but 1 problem – GraalOnline Era+ Review

It’s a really fun game and it just has so much stuff I love it but a long time ago I had this game and I identified with face book and once I got a new phone I saw I couldnt identify with Facebook anymore and I lost everything so is there a way to get my profile back if so please let me know!
