Helpppp – Triple Town - Fun & addictive puzzle matching game Review

So, I absolutely loved this game, took me forever to actually buy the full version, but I eventually did. Now I have a new phone& lost the full game. How do I get it back? I’ve went to the website listed above, but it wasn’t any help.
