Starting all over!!! AGAIN! – Ninja Turtles: Legends Review

Had been playing some weeks with my kid. Reached level 38 and suddenly game was reset last week. Bye bye acquired levels and characters. Son loves the game so started all over. Reached level 17 and AGAIN just today a reset!!!!!
