Can’t even sign in – Redner's Rewards Review

I’m using the email address to which I have the weekly ads sent YET when I go to try to reset my password (because I forget it) it says it’s an invalid email. REALLY????? YOU ARE SENDING MY WEEKLY ADS TO THIS EMAIL SO IT HAS TO BE VALID!!!!!! Ridiculous!!
