Started great, but got to point where no further options were available – Mystery of Ancients: Forgotten Review

Task is to remove dome from water of life, but can’t get bacteria water of life. Map shows no area with actions to complete and hints show “nothing to do here” in all areas I can travel to - so paid for game I can’t complete
