It didn’t work in near by shell station..you need card to redeem.. – Fuel Rewards® program Review

When I try to redeem the rewards, it didn’t work out in the near by shell gas station.. called customer service, they said you need to call Customer service is it’s not working so that they can investigate then and there( not sure how long you have to wait on the call).. I called customer service to complaint they said no one is able to use the fuel rewards on the pump using the app, so they asked use the physical card, if still no working you guys have to call customer service and they will open a case of you to investigate.. if you ready to speak couple of times with customer service download the app and try... app is not accurate.. so beware!!
