Help – War and Order Review

I have not been able to open the app since the November 7 update. When the December 14 update came along I thought it would help the issue but it didn't. Since I haven't had the chance to link my account I don't want to delete and DL the game again and loose my progress. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a solution for it? Thanks
