No good – Tophatter: Closeout Deals Review

I have been waiting since October for an item that hasn’t been delivered yet and when I click where’s my item it tells me that there’s a problem with shipping and if I don’t receive it by December 3 I’ll get a full refund. I haven’t received my item or my refund yet. Then there’s no way to contact any people to see what the problem is. This app stinks don’t get it you’ll get ripped off
