Please fix this issue! – Mass Unfollow for Instagram Review

I paid for unlimited coins to use so that I can unfollow or unlike and it is not working at all. Even when I select the unfollowers it doesn’t remove any. It keep asking me to purchase coins when I paid for unlimited coins.
