Couldn’t get some functions to work and support couldn’t help – Xero Accounting Review

I’ve messaged support about my pay roll issue and they’re referencing their help page. I followed the page, enrolled my employees and I can’t get them to show up in the pay run. My employees pay is now a week late because I can’t get the right answers to fix this issue. I’m canceling my subscription. It’s worthless if I can’t pay my people.
