Shopping Question – Buy Me a Pie! - Grocery List Review

I love this app - my husband & I shop independently using our shared list; however, sometimes we will accidentally delete an item then when I want to put it back on my list, the item is now somewhere in the “alpha deleted” list instead of “recent deleted items” list. This just happened in the recent updated app! Can this be corrected? Thanks - am I the first person to comment on this? Truly appreciate your response.
