DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING! – Talkatone: WiFi Text & Calls Review

When I first started using this app almost 2 years ago, it was wonderful! But! And that's a BIG BUT!!!! About 3 or 4 months ago, they made a huge update. Since then, it has become a series joke. List of problems: Extremely slow startup. Takes forever for contact loading. Duplication of contacts after calling. Abrupt termination during conversation. Continuous call failure. Unwanted ad page auto loading. Constant phone reboot to get app to run half-assed. Bugs & glitches too numerous to explain. ZERO tech support, although they would say differently. Constant "Burn Number" nagging. Often fails to connect with Wifi. ...And much more. I have contacted support several times in the past few months, and have received ZERO help. Being on a fixed income, I stated using because I can't afford a real phone, and was given an older iPhone without service. This was the best app I could find. But now, I would rather have a freaking trakphone!
